Mr. Trivedi has more than twenty-five years of innovative, high-energy leadership experience, including establishing, developing, growing, and operating healthcare information technology and services companies. Focusing on strategic growth markets, spotting opportunities and seizing first-mover advantage, Mr. Trivedi has assembled a portfolio of companies to provide on-demand on-site integrated clinical diagnostic services and drug-testing services. Mr. Trivedi has successfully negotiated a series of strategic partnerships with various industry segments. Mr. Trivedi is also active in venture funding of early-stage technology and services companies.

Harita has led strategic business development, financial management, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations for myOnsite since 2016. With more than ten years of diverse experience, she sets the strategic direction for the company's business segments, with a focus on business growth, client management, contract and price negotiation, people management, profitability and financial management.
